The Electro-Mechanical Low-Lift Walking Beam Inline Transfer will cater for a range of components from Crankshafts to V8 Engine Blocks. High lift stations provide concentrated washing and drying of nominated features these machines are the most reliable and efficient in their class. A full width vertical door provides excellent maintenance access.

Walking Beam Inline Transfer Wash - With Enclosed Bells

A Walking Beam Inline Transfer Machine with enclosed Washing and Drying Bells to provide Deluge, Rotary Cavitation and Pinpoint Washing plus Pinpoint and Rotary Drying. The Bells provide enclosed process areas reducing water and air usage by up to 60% from traditional machines and with maximum usage of all stations, eg no vestibules, this machine meets specifications normally only associated with much larger machines. A full width powered vertical door provides Walk-In Maintenance access.

Walking Beam Inline Transfer Wash - Reciprocating Beam

The Electro-Mechanical Low-Lift Walking Beam Inline Transfer will cater for a range of components from Crankshafts , Engine Blocks, Transmission Housings or Platens. With a unique Reciprocating Beam action to move parts in front of Washing and Drying Manifolds, this machine will meet Final Wash Specifications without the need for moving manifolds and lances. A full width powered vertical door provides excellent maintenance access.

Power & Free Roller Inline Transfer Wash

With a Power & Free Sintered Roller Inline Transfer, this design of machine will cater for a range of components from Cylinder Heads to Engine Blocks - 'V' down. The HMM sintered friction roller provides increased driving performance in wet conditions. The option of Rollover Stations to provide concentrated washing and drying of nominated features mean these machine are one of the most versatile available. The transfer is driven by an electric geared motor unit coupled to gear reducer. A full width powered vertical door provides excellent maintenance access.


Twin Chain Inline Transfer Wash

With an Twin Chain Inline Transfer, this design of machine will cater for a range of engine and transmission components and Platens. The chain transfer driven by an electric geared motor provides a cost effective inline wash solution. Dual hinged or a vertical door along the length of the machine provide excellent maintenance access.


Indexing Chain Inline Transfer Wash

With an Indexing Chain Inline Transfer, this design of machine will cater for a range of engine and transmission components typically requiring pinpoint washing and drying. Attached at regular intervals are fixtures that accurately locate and nest the component. The indexing chain transfer is driven by an electric geared brake motor controlled by an inverter providing a level of control over the transfer speed and consequent dwell periods. Dual hinged or a vertical door along the length of the machine provide excellent maintenance access.


Multi Lane Inline Transfer Wash

A Multi Lane Inline Transfer Wash for high volume continuous production systems. Used for In-Line Hot Washing and Drying of Separators and Boxes to provide high specification results. Component dimensions; Separator 1500-1200-400mm, Box 800-600-400mm. Large vertical doors provide excellent maintenance access.

A Mono-Rail Inline Transfer Wash for high volume continuous production systems. Used for improved access for the In-Line Hot Washing and Drying of Separators and Boxes. Hinged doors along the length of the machine provide excellent maintenance access.
