Rotary Indexing Wash - Single

Incorporating the latest design technology, this machine provides a common design platform for a whole range of components. The machine is designed around a Rotary Turntable driven by a Cam Indexer to ensure accurate and consistent positioning of the fixture to the Wash and Drying Manifolds.
The manifolds are driven across the component by Pneumatic Cylinders or Linear Belt Drives and where appropriate a CNC capability is added to ensure either accurate targeting of specific features and areas. With automatic part detection it is possible to select the correct program to suit the derivative thereby providing true Batch-of-One Capability. Dependant on customer requirements, this series of machine can be loaded by Overhead Gantry, Front Loading Pick and Place, or configured for Manual Loading.

Rotary Indexing Wash - Twin

Complementing the Single Cabinet Wash, this machine separates the Washing and Drying Zones into two separate compartments. Specifically designed for components that require extensive and complex washing such as Seal and Flush or Intrusive Lances for Washing and conventional Blow and/or Vacuum Drying to ensure 100% dryness of the part, these machines provide a flexible, easily maintainable solution to a whole range of components. Dependant on the customers requirements, these series of machine can be configured to be loaded by Overhead Gantry, Front Loading Pick and Place or they can be configured for Manual Loading.
