Cabinet Washing Machines
CMM Cabinet Wash
Designed initially for washing complex components prior to CMM Inspection
this machine can also be utilised for low volume high quality production (cycle time
6-8 mins), and can be configured to accept a variety of components.
Featuring, Spray, Flood-Cavitation and Pin Point Washing with Vacuum Drying,
components can be washed to a very high specification and with developed
programming can be released at ambient temperature within predictable and
repeatable limits.

SWASH Cabinet Wash
Designed for high specification low volume production washing of single
components, or higher volume general washing of multiple components (bolts, discs
etc). This machine has the option of vertical or hinged access doors together with
fixture rotation in the horizontal or vertical axis for maximum coverage. With
hinged door configuration this machine can also provide agitated flood washing
for the best results in its class.

SWASH Cabinet Wash #2 Cabinet Wash
Derived as a Hybrid of the Swash and the CMM Cabinet Wash, this machine provides Fixed, Rotary or Roll component washing. With a capacity of
up to 500kg and an envelope of nearly 800mm cube this simple and cost
effective wash can be utilised as an Off-Line or Full Production facility.
Single or Dual Hinged Doors can be provided as standard or as shown, a Powered
Vertical door can facilitate auto-loading in a production mode.

Dunnage-Separator Wash
With large access doors and reciprocating Wash and Drying Manifolds
and 2
tailored rack systems for loading and unloading in sequence for maximum
production.
Dunnage dimensions 12 x 1500-1200-400mm.

Large Tooling Wash
Specifically designed to wash large Rotary Broach Tools prior to
re-setting, this machine design can be utilised for any large item.
Reciprocating Wash and Drying Manifolds provide excellent wash and drying
while providing easy access for assisted load and unload. Capacity
3000x1200x1220mm - 1000kg
